I designed this logo for my Ranger troop for our group trip to Pune, India. It was printed on both our hoodies and tee shirts.

 

 

I intended for this logo to represent a mix of both India and Ireland. The base is an elephant as this also represents the centre we were staying at as they have a elephant as their mascot. I made sure that the elephant I was drawing was an Indian elephant rater than an African elephant however I did take some artistic liability. I included the Celtic knot work as a symbol for Ireland and I deliberately placed it to look like a traditional headdress.
